Summary:
It is important to remember that this is an experiment.
We're doing our best to make it amazing, but mistakes will be made.
Our liability is limited to the monthly fee you pay us as a member.

Terms of Use: Important Limitations

  • Your domain name will NOT be able to be used for email. If you use your domain name for email, then you will not be able to use the member website at this time.
  • Your member website will be modified without notice. This is a benefit, not a flaw. We will be modifying and improving the look and feel of member sites multiple times a week for through spring 2023.
  • We do NOT guarantee uptime. We work to keep things up and running, but do not guarantee it.
  • This website is made for a local company. Bandwidth and traffic are throttled to keep the system up and running. Lots of traffic in a short period of time may bring down the site, similar to many web hosts.

  • Here are the legal terms that essentially let you know that if something goes wrong, we're only responsible for the amount up to what you've paid us... the $99/month.

    THE SITE: Your Towing.com Member Site.
    MEMBER: You.
  • IN NO EVENT WILL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SITE.
  • IN NO EVENT WILL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING IN ANY WAY FROM ANY ACT OR OMISSION BY ANY OTHER PERSON INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CONTENT PROVIDED, OR REPRESENTATION MADE, BY ANY OTHER PERSON.
  • WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT WILL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING IN ANY WAY FROM ANY SERVICE OFFERED BY ANY MEMBER BY OR ANY REPRESENTATION MADE BY ANY MEMBER.
  • IN ANY EVENT, COMPANY'S ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ARISING FROM THE ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE BY YOU OR ANY OTHER USER WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO COMPANY PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
